The app (visitors)

Sound & Vine is free for personal, non-commercial use. You're responsible for the content of your notes and photos; don't upload anything unlawful or that isn't yours. Drink responsibly — never use the app while driving, and you must be of legal drinking age to consume alcohol at listed venues.

The portal (wineries)

• You may claim a listing only if you're authorized to represent that winery. Misrepresented claims are removed.
• You're responsible for the accuracy of hours, prices, news, and events you publish.
• Membership fees are billed monthly or annually via the web portal and are non-refundable for partial periods. You may cancel anytime; benefits run to the end of the paid period and your free listing remains.

Content & accuracy

Winery information is provided by wineries and public sources; hours and prices can change. Confirm details with the winery before traveling.

Liability

The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sound & Vine is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app or portal.
