Membership is billed here on the web, winery-to-us directly. The consumer app is completely free, so app stores never take a cut — every dollar goes to the platform that promotes you.

How fast do changes show up in the app?

Immediately. The portal writes to the same live database the app reads from. Hours, news, and events appear on visitors' phones within seconds of saving — no review queue, no app-store delay.

Do you take a percentage of tastings, tickets, or wine sales?

Never. Membership is a flat monthly (or annual) fee. Ticket links on your events point wherever you want — Tock, Eventbrite, your own site — and we don't touch the transaction.

What if my winery isn't a member?

Your winery appears on the map and in search, and once you claim it you can keep your hours, phone, and website accurate and print your passport-stamp QR kit at no cost. Estate Partner membership unlocks everything else: your full profile, photos, wine list, events, news, push announcements and more.

Can you update my listing for me?

Yes, free. Fill in our profile template and seasonal events calendar (both open in Excel, Numbers or Google Sheets) and email them to info@soundandvineli.com. We'll put everything live for you. Send a new calendar whenever your season changes.

Can I cancel?

Anytime, from the Membership tab in the portal. Membership runs to the end of the period you've paid for; after that your winery stays on the map with its hours and contact info.

My winery isn't in the catalog. Now what?

Email info@soundandvineli.com with your name, address, and website and we'll add you, usually within a business day — verification keeps the map trustworthy for everyone.

Why is the visitor app free?

Because the more people planning wine weekends with Sound & Vine, the more valuable your membership. Wineries fund the platform; visitors just show up thirsty.
